Central Florida’s own Stay Calm Cupcake goes mobile this week with the Stay Calm Cupcake Truck. They have been in business for two years, and most recently served their cupcakes to hungry foodies at CRAVEup 2012 a few months ago. Among the featured cupcakes at Crave were Mocha Caramel, Toasted Coconut, Cherry Passion Fruit, and Peach Cobbler. I had the pleasure of nomming the Cherry Passion Fruit and Peach Cobbler — the peach cupcake being my favorite — but all the cupcakes were a hit if the near-empty table at the end of the night was an indicator. Cherry Passion Fruit was a rich chocolate-berry party and Peach Cobbler was a wholesome mini peach pie!
Welcome Stay Calm Cupcake truck to the food truck scene at three locations this week; Longwood, Ormond Beach, and Maitland. They will be toting along Snickers, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcakes just to name a few. Stay Calm also delivers cupcakes in mason jars, which minimalizes any cupcake tragedies.
