Marilyn is a Puerto Rican who cannot turn down a well-made dulce de leche flan or a perfectly seared bistec encebollado. She is also a University of Central Florida alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, and explores the world a forkful at a time with her other half, Adam. She shares both the bitter and sweet experiences with anyone who will listen.
