Not all the Festival beers are at the Canada Marketplace. Le Cellier features Sapporo Holdings Limited’s Unibroue ales from Chambly in Quebec, Canada, on their menu year-round. Once a year, three of those beers come out to play at the Canadian popcorn wagon. Once these Unibroue brews are gone from the wagon, they will only be available on Disney property at Le Cellier until the next Food and Wine Festival.
Trois Pistoles is a smooth dark ale. I expected to find malty, I also found a hint of fruit too. The Blonde de Chambly is a neat easily accessible golden ale. If you’re really into refreshingly fruity, the Éphémère can be a new favorite. Éphémère feels less like a beer and more like a sparkling apple cider. Curious about more Unibroue? Publix sells about half a dozen Unibroue beers, so don’t be afraid to bring a little of the Festival home with you.
